Boba with Cornstarch Recipe

 ¼ cup Water
 ¼ cup Brown Sugar
 2 cups Water For Cooking
 2 cups Water For Soaking
 Tea bags or loose tea leaves of your choice
 Sweetener (optional)

2. Knead the mixture with your hands until it becomes a pliable dough.
3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a long, thin rope.
4. Cut the rope into small pieces, approximately 1/4 inch each.
5. Roll each small piece between your palms to form small boba pearls.
6. Repeat the process until you've used up all the dough.

Step 2: Cooking the Boba Pearls

1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium-sized pot.
2. Carefully drop the boba pearls into the boiling water.
3. Stir gently to prevent sticking.
4. Let the pearls cook for about 20 minutes or until they are translucent.
5. Remove the pot from heat and let the pearls sit for 15 minutes.

1. In a separate small saucepan, combine the brown sugar and 1/4 cup of water.
