2 tbsp Avocado Oil for cooking (or vegetable oil as a substitute)
110 oz bag of mixed frozen vegetables, thawed (or sub. peas and carrots only)
 1 Can Sliced Water Chestnuts
 9 g minced garlic
 ½ tbsp ground ginger
 2 tbsp butter
3 cups cold cooked jasmine rice
 2 Large eggs
 Chopped green onions for garnish
Prepartion
1

As instructed previously, prepare the Char Siu by marinating the Pork meat with the marinade and cooking it the next day.

2

Now it is time to do some real serious chopping and get the veggies ready. Take a large pan, and add oil. Now add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add Butter, Ginger, and cooked rice. Give it a good stir and break two eggs right into the middle of the preparation. Break them up and give them a good stir to cook everything up.

3

Now add the Char Siu pork that has been cut to more straightforward sizes into the Veggie rice, and you are done.
