Char Siu Ramen or Udon

Ingredients
For the Char Siu Marinade
 250 g homemade or store-bought Char Siu
 24 frozen udon cakes
 1 stalks green onions, finely sliced
 23 cups Bok Choy, sliced into half
 1 cup Bean sprouts
Soups
 2 cups chicken broth
 2 cups Water
 ½ tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp Avocado Oil for cooking (or vegetable oil as a substitute)
 2 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tsp rice mirin
 ½ tsp sesame oil
 1 tsp minced garlic
 1 Stalk green onion

Prepare the Char Siu Pork as mentioned previously

Prepare the Noodles as instructed in a pan/bowl/cooking pot

Pour the Soup ingredients into the same bowl

Pour the Soup ingredients into the same bowl

Now add the bok choy and bean sprouts, and cook for 2 minutes.

Now simply divide into serving bowls and top each with the Char Siu pork slices, garnish with Green Onions.
