 ½ cup Progresso™ Italian-style bread crumbs
 ¼ cup Milk
 ½ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
 ¼ tsp Pepper
 1 Small Onion
 ¼ cup Finely chopped
 1 Egg

Start by Heating the oven to 400°F. Next, Line a 13x9-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.

Shape the mixture into 24 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs.

Place them 1 inch apart in the pan.

Bake uncovered for 18 to 22 minutes or until temperature reaches 160°F

Ensure the meatballs are no longer pink in the center.
