Keto Shrimp Curry

Ingredients
 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
 2 tbsp Tablespoons oil
 1 onion, diced
 3 cloves garlic, minced
 2 tbsp curry powder
 Salt and pepper, to taste
 ½ cup coconut milk
 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Start by heating the oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Now, add onion and garlic and cook until fragrant.

Next, add curry powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir to combine and slowly add shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes.

Finally, Pour coconut milk and lemon juice and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

Now, Serve hot with a side of cauliflower rice or steamed vegetables.
