Put a large container of water on to boil.
Take a large frying pan and heat 1 tbsp of Olive oil and fry chunky pieces of 8 pork sausages on fairly high heat until they turn golden brown.
Now turn down the heat and add 1 large chopped onion and 2 crushed garlic cloves, cooking them until they turn tender.
Stir in 1 tsp chili powder and 400g chopped tomatoes with the sausages, allow the sauce to boil, then turn the heat down and let it bubble for another 10 minutes while you cook the pasta.
Pop 300g pasta into the pan of boiling water and cook according to the instructions.
Drain the pasta, then tip it into the frying pan with the sausage sauce and mix well to coat. Finally, plate up and serve.
